WRITING CONTEST ABOUT ISLAM
Dawahcity.com is proud to announce a writing contest on the fallowing Islamic topics:
- Understanding Islam and Muslims
- The Islamic Way of Life
- Basic Islamic Beliefs and Practice
- The Islamic View of Jesus & Marry
- Islam and Muslims in the West
- Peace, Jihad, and Terrorism
- Misconceptions about Islam
Conditions and Terms of Participation:
1. The articles on each topic must be between 25-30 full pages (8 ½ x 11).
2. Must be typed in MS Word and Single spaced with Arial Font, size 12.
3. Participant must introduce himself/herself in a brief autobiography and must include contact information.
4. Article may not be previously printed or published in any form.
5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
6. Submitted articles will be property of Dawahcity.com and cannot be printed or published by participant without written permission.
7. All articles must be written in English. Quran and Hadith’s must be translated into English, and also must include correct citation.
8. The Authenticity must be kept in mind for all Hadith’s and Quotes.
9. Articles must be submitted via email attachment.
10. All articles must be submitted before Sunday September 24, 2013 at 11:59 PM

Prices for the winners
a. First place: $150
b. Second place: $100
c. Third place: $75. In order for topics to be valid, there must be a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 15.
